Sports School Meets Home School
NextGen Academy is a hybrid program that combines homeschool education with a high performance sports environment. We are designed to be an all in one homeschool support system, providing students with academic guidance, tutoring, training facilities, equipment, and a structured environment where they can thrive both academically and athletically.
We cater to motivated student athletes who want more from their education. Our program combines high quality academic support with athletics, leadership development, and mentorship in an environment focused on excellence, accountability, and personal growth.

Acellus Academy
Acellus are the primary course your child will be learning from. Acellus gives students access to high quality, self paced courses taught through engaging video instruction and interactive learning tools. At NextGen RTC, we combine the flexibility and academic strength of Acellus with in person mentorship, tutoring, athletics, and leadership development. Students are able to move at their own pace while building discipline, confidence, and critical thinking skills in a structured environment focused on excellence and long term success.
VEX IQ Robotic Option
The VEX IQ Education Kit 2nd Gen is ideal for introducing students to hands-on robotics and STEM learning. It emphasizes structured yet creative building, making it great for classrooms and beginners seeking a guided entry into programming and mechanical design. Educators value its robust learning platform and compatibility with the VEX IQ ecosystem for scalable skill growth.
DTL Language art option
Discern To Learn is an online Christian homeschool language arts mentor program that provides middle and high school students with full support virtual classes designed to develop confident, persuasive writers and critical thinkers. Moving beyond memorization and standardized learning, the program focuses on teaching students how to think deeply, ask meaningful questions, communicate effectively, and become self directed learners, while parents remain in control of the educational journey.
AI Learning
AI Advantage Academy is preparing students for a future where AI will impact every industry and career path. The program goes beyond simply teaching students how to use AI tools. It focuses on developing critical thinkers, problem solvers, entrepreneurs, and future leaders who understand how to work with AI responsibly and creatively. Through hands on projects, mentorship, business and technology education, and real world applications, students learn how to leverage AI to innovate, communicate, build businesses, and gain a competitive advantage in the modern economy.
Cocktail School
Pimsleur is often considered one of the stronger language-learning systems for developing real conversational ability, especially for speaking and listening. Its strengths come from how closely it aligns with several principles from cognitive science and second-language acquisition research. This is mandatory for all student-athletes using NextGen Academy Services
Sports Science
As an elite sports program, student athletes will learn about prehab, rehabilitation, nutrition, and sports psychology, as each of these areas plays a critical role in the development, performance, and long term success of high level athletes.
Travel Commitment!
As part of our academic sports program, the school will participate in several tournaments and training camps throughout Canada and the United States. Many of these events will require overnight and multi day travel commitments from student athletes.
